If you want an easy quick dinner to cook check out these steak sandwiches done on the Blackstone 22" Griddle. They are super easy to make and so so tasty. The key is to get good bread (tip: Walmart French Bread is AWESOME and only $1.00 per loaf) as well as good steak. I usually look for either NY Strip or Ribeye already sliced thin at the grocery store. Any good melting cheese will work, for this episode I used muenster and gouda.
