UBTV investigated the state of student housing in Bristol and the struggles many students face with their properties. The documentary highlights the poor conditions students live in alongside the difficulties students face when contacting landlords and the frequent breaches of their contracts.

We also spoke to Bristol West MP Thangam Debbonaire about the issues renters face generally, and who is to blame.
