3 DIY Easy + Awesome Crochet Headbands!

Pattern for the increase and decrease headband:

-chain 4
-chain 2 and move on to next row, then make half double crochets all the way across
-moving on to next row, make two half double crochets in the same first stitch, chain 2, half double crochet in last stitch of row (5 stitches)
-3rd row:2 half double crochet in same first stitch, 2 half double crochets in chain 2 space for button hole, half double crochet across (6 stitches)
-4th row: 2 half double crochet in same first stitch, half double crochet across (7 stitches)
-5th row: 2 hdc in same first stitch, hdc across (8 stitches)
-6th row: 2 hdc in same first stitch, hdc across (9 stitches)
-now make normal hdc all the across and keep going until it fits around your head, but make sure you leave a little space of about 6 rows left to fit your head
-I ended up with 42 rows before doing the decrease, anyways, half double crochet all the way across but leave 2 stitches at the end. In the second to last stitch, yarn over, go into the stitch, but don't complete your hdc, go into the next stitch and then finish the hdc
-do this for the next 5 rows until you end up with 4 stitches at the end
-hide away your sticking out yarns, sew on your button, and your all done! :)
