Описание: The newly formed Jubilee Alliance Party of Kenya (JAP) could have its first Member of Parliament by March this year, should Patrick Tutui clinch the Kajiado Central parliamentary seat. Tutui trounced three aspirants who were eyeing the ticket, in a joint nomination exercise involving affiliate parties of the ruling jubilee coalition. But is the decision to form JAP final, and will the jubilee coalition constituent parties agree to fold up and form the jubilee alliance party before the 2017 general election?
