Updated full ingredients as of 092025:
40 pieces quail eggs or 2 cans of quail egg
1 cup all-purpose flour/plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp annatto powder https://amzn.to/3oOz5be
3/4 cup soda water/sparkling water (preferably) or you can also use water
oil for deep frying, I am using bran oil
