This video brings out our love for kinema ( #axone in nagaland) fermented #soybean. Our childhood was filled with such kind of instances where we smell kinema in our relatives house and we literally feel hungry at that very moment. That smell was addictive and yet after long years we feel the same. Every region has different names like #axone in #nagaland and in Sikkim we called it KINEMA. I had tasted it in #meghalaya #manipur and Nagaland but i had not seen how it is prepeared in above mentioned states.
