About me;
I’m Matt, I am a martial artist from the UK. I make videos about Chinese martial arts. I train in the Tiger Crane Combination (kind of Yong Chun White Crane with Tai Zu Quan - similar to 5 Ancestor Fist); also in Shaolin Dog Boxing (also called Di Shu Quan or Gou Quan); also in something called Shuang Yang (Shuang Yang Bai He Rou Ruan Quan aka Shuang Yang Pei Ho - the White Crane Soft and Gentle Art). I like evidence based practice and am slowly educating myself on the facts of Chinese Martial Arts aka Kung fu and Tai Chi. Sorry to say it didn’t start with Bodhidharma handed all the way down to Bruce Lee.
