An online, skill development workshop for Pyramid Model State Leadership Team members
This original online workshop was 3 hours in length including 3 small group breakouts of 30 minutes each. The recording of the workshop has been edited to be 1 hour in length and can be used with the related resources as a guided workshop for individuals or groups involved in the statewide implementation of the Pyramid Model.
The objective of this workshop for State Leadership Team members is to support the development of a written scale-up and sustainability plan for statewide implementation of the Pyramid Model addressing all four essential structures:
1. State Leadership Team
2. Professional Development Network of Program Implementation Coaches
3. Implementation and Demonstration Sites
4. Data and Evaluation
