This video covers a solo paddle of Little Falls on the Potomac, from Z Channel through the Virginia line of the rapid. I reflect on river safety, solo paddling, and a recent tragedy on our home river. I am disgusted to find an insane amount of trash at the takeout, and do a little bit to address that.
This channel was built for new whitewater kayakers in the Potomac River watershed, and across the world. I'm just learning as I go, and trying to capture progress on the way.
