Apple, cinnamon, nut Cake
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
370g plain flour
16g baking powder
320ml milk
3 eggs
120g sugar
120g butter (melted)
3-4 apples
130g nuts (walnuts, pecan)
60g butter (melted)
80-100g brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Frosting:
250g mascarpone cheese
40g soft butter
50g powdered sugar
Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 170*C
