MY PERSONAL STORY TO THIS SONG RELATED TO THE MEMORY MC PROJECT: I first heard this song in September 1998, aged 20. It came through the final weeks of my summer holidays, while I was working at my favourite ride at the annual funfair. I'd just met a new girl there, Ariane. A week after, she had sent me wonderfully fragrant letters that had left me very impressed. So a new love was in the process of unfolding. But there was also sadness that I felt during those weeks, because deep down in my mind I knew that the imminent end of my adolescence was very close at hand. I dedicated this song to Ariane. This song went all along with my thoughts and living experience during that period of time in my life.
