Mini back story: Terry Bogard has mastered his martial arts skills and chi, to the point that he ascended them so high, some say, at God levels of power.
Goku: feels, an unfamiliar power from a far, so he goes to it, in curiosity, hoping it isn't a foe that's going to do harm to the Planet.
Goku: locates where this strange power is projecting strongly, he's a man with all red and blue jeans and a red cap on his head, he asks this strange man politely, if he's a friend or foe? the man silent with no response, starts acting strangely as if he couldn't control himself, in bitter rage, he lunges at Goku with extreme speed, so Goku with no hesitation, gets into his battle pose, ready to do battle with this unknown man.
