We are preparing a Turkish cig kofte recipe , one of the most popular street food of Turkey. Cig kofte is raw meatless bulgur balls with lots of spices. Cig koftes are eaten both as a Turkish appetizer recipe and as a meal in Turkey. In the original cig kofte recipe, ground beef is used, but we prepared it without meat and it is a vegan recipe.
