For a long time, the recycling of #photovoltaic panels/components has been deemed economically infeasible due to high processing costs and low recyclable material yield. In response, we've innovatively designed and developed a novel, simple, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly recycling process.
This process comprises a J-box and aluminum frame disassembly system, a glass separation system, and an EVA sheets crushing and separation system. Through a series of operations, 95% of the materials in photovoltaic panels are efficiently recovered, including #aluminum, #glass, #copper, #silicon, #silver, #plastics, and more.
