This video talks about my experience with foraging fiddlehead ferns to eat. There are many different kinds of ferns so it is important that you research in your area for wild edibles and consult with an expert before picking and eating wild edibles for the first time!

I am not an expert, but am learning on the go and sharing what I learn. :)
