Описание: Hiked my second Colorado 14er, Mount Bierstadt. It was my back up plan to Mount Elbert (poor weather forced me to look into other peaks), but it was still an excellent hike that I would highly recommend (though not sure I would do this one again). The hike starts out above the treeline and was quite cold this time of year, but I had plenty of layers so I survived. Very few people on trail this time of year but everyone I met was incredibly helpful and friendly. One kind fellow hiker let me borrow his hiking poles during a stream crossing (airport security confiscated mine) and even provided some much needed tape/bandaging for blisters that popped up half way up the mountain. So many kind and helpful people on these trails...
