ChatGPT showed the world what AI is capable of already. However, AI – as any technology – brings along new risks to individuals. We will discuss what you need to take care of legally when deploying AI software, and give an update on the upcoming AI Regulation in the EU – the first of its kind, regulating the use of AI based on the expected risks – and the mitigation measures it requires to cope with those risks. We will also run through the various new European cyber security laws, such as the NIS2 Directive, DORA and the Cyber Resilience Act.
