Welcome back to my channel
Buddha's hand is 1 of sort lemon with special shape and special taste n also aroma.
I not see it very often and this gem i found in local store near where i live. A bit shame they only have 1 last piece so i just bought it and make syrup from it.
You can use all part of Buddha's hand. So nothing waste from all part of Buddha's hand fruit.
Anyway... this special Buddha's hand is really worth to try. You will fall in love with the aroma.

Ingredients :
1 Buddha's hand
600 gr sugar
1 litre water
50 ml orange juice
1 spoon lime juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
