As there are concerns about the possibility of robberies at financial institutions and other locations during the year-end and New Year holidays, a training session was held in Nago City where police instructed staff and shopkeepers how to throw the crime prevention color ball as part of their crime prevention measures.
About 20 people working at financial institutions and convenience stores in Nago City participated in the training, and the chief of Nago Police Station gave a speech, saying, "It is important to train on a daily basis.
In the drill that followed, water-filled balls were prepared in place of colored balls, and the participants threw them one after another at the feet of the mannequins they had used to simulate the criminals.
A woman who participated in the training said, "I was able to do it right away because I was practicing, but it would be difficult if there was a criminal. I want to be aware of this on a daily basis.
Police say that throwing colored balls at the feet of criminals is an effective way to get the paint to stick.
