Описание: The PortaFab family of Fire & Sound wall panels features a variety of engineered composite panels designed and proven in the field for a wide range of industrial building applications.

All panels feature a solid 2-inch thick Polystyrene core encased with half inch gypsum boards that allow the panels to comply with most building codes and provide excellent thermal insulation and sound deadening properties.

Our standard Fire & Sound panel features a durable, yet cost effective, 6-millimeter vinyl surface ideal for light industrial applications. It is easy-to-clean and available in our 5-Day Quick Ship Program.

For applications that require more durability and protection, our Fire & Sound panels can be fitted with 24-gauge steel sheet in place of the vinyl facing on one or both sides of the wall. These panels are ideal for high traffic areas where material handling equipment or hand trucks may be present.

When “cleanability” and moisture-resistance are top priorities, the Fire & Sound panels can be faced with fiberglass reinforced plastic or FRP. These mold-resistant panels are not only impact and scratch-resistant, they can also be cleaned with common detergents.

All of these Fire & Sound panels come standard in white, pearl grey and champagne, but can be custom ordered in a wide assortment of colors.

They are Class A Fire Rated, provide excellent sound attenuation and feature superior insulation with R values of 11-16 depending on panel thickness.

For applications requiring ESD properties, our Fire & Sound panels can even be outfitted with aluminum facing.
