Top 10 world's highest residential buildings:
1. 432 Park Avenue, New York City, USA
It is a highest condominium apartments in Manhattan. In fact, its top floor is the highest in New York City that offers most luxurious penthouse in Manhattan. Began construction in 2012 and completed in 2015 with height of 1,396 feet (425.5 meter). This 85-floor skyscraper means a very high ceiling that gives additional value of luxury.

2. Princess Tower, Dubai, UAE
It is a 101-storey luxury apartment located in Dubai Marina, along with other high-end condominiums which also in the list. It holds title the tallest residential building since 2012 before surpassed by 432 Park Avenue. The condominium comprises 763 unit houses and 957 parking bays.

3. 23 Marina, Dubai, UAE
A 1,289-feet tall octagon tower is part of prominent Dubai Marina skyline. Owned by Hircon International that successfully sold most of the unit even before construction began in 2006.

4. Burj Mohammed bin Rashid, Abu Dhabi, UAE
The tallest skyscraper in Abu Dhabi and parts of Abu Dhabi World Trade Center that houses malls and office spaces. Commissioned in 2014 after financial crisis that supposed to be opened earlier (2010). Stand as high as 1,253 feet (382 meter).

5. Elite Residence, Dubai, UAE
695-apartments building located in Dubai Marina facing artificial palm islands along with other ultra luxury condominiums. Designed by Adnan Saffarini and developed by Tameer Holding Invesment LLC.

6. The Marina Torch, Dubai, UAE
Also known as The Torch, it is former world tallest residential building for less than a year. The tower is hardly visible since it is surrounded by towers with similar heights and external design patterns and not directly facing the coastline.

7. DAMAC Residenze, Dubai, UAE
The newest apartments in the list located next to Cayan Tower with height of 1,099 feet (335 meter). In fact, it is not yet being opened, but already topped-out which is sufficient to be on the list.
Anyway it is scheduled to be opened in mid-2017 after six years of construction.

8. Q1 Tower, Gold Coast, Australia
Stands for "Queensland Number 1", it is the tallest building in Southern Hemisphere at 1,058 feet (322.5 meter) tall. Besides apartments, it also provides observation deck at floor 77-78. Completed in 2005 and become Gold Coast most prominent landmark ever since.

9. Ocean Heights, Dubai, UAE
Unlike its neighbors that gained world title, nevertheless its still a supertall skyscraper (1,017 feet / 310 meter). Completed in 2010 after three years of construction that houses 519 condominiums.

10. Cayan Tower, Dubai, UAE
The most iconic building in Dubai Marina with it twisted shape design. Heck, it is the highest twisted buildings at 1,005 feet (306.4 meter) before surpassed by Shanghai Tower in 2015.
