Join us on our small farm as we showcase the process of harvesting potatoes using a one-row potato plow! Despite facing significant challenges this season from a drought during bloom, to a hurricane flooding our fields just before harvest, we’re excited to share that we still managed to secure a good crop.
In this video, we’ll take you through our potato harvesting process, highlighting the hard work that goes into farming. We'll also touch on how we disked our sweet corn and popcorn fields, which were severely affected by the hurricane's flooding. The flood got all our corn, beans, and tomatoes. We are so thankful we got to harvest most of our potato crop!
