Kaustav, already struck with a heart attack in the past, now wants to live life on his own terms, but has been put under restrictions by his wife, Seema, who wants to keep him healthy and thus, forces him to have medicines and be on diet for his own good. However, Seema receives a call from her doctor, who tells her about the results of the reports and 'the last stage'. Seema breaks down and decides to let Kaustav let go off the bindings and live life fully. Seeing this unusual behaviour of Seema, Kaustav asks her as to what did the doctor tell her about the reports. Seema refuses to answer and urges him to live life now. They both go a little journey in their car, roam in the greens, get wet in the rain, eat whatever they want to. The scenic beauty reminds them of their first date. Later, we get to know that it was Seema, who was actually going through her last stage of Cancer, which she had never revealed. Kaustav still looks at her pictures and listens to the audio note that Seema had recorded for him. Safar is their joyful journey.
