As I meet more people out there who I would view as seasoned riders, I’m noticing that they are forgetting how to do certain things like putting their helmets on or checking their bike before a long ride. That’s why I put this video together to help remind the veterans and teach the newbies how to put on and fit their helmets appropriately and what to check for before throwing a leg over your bike.
