In this rare behind the scenes film, composer, arranger, conductor, and entertainer Johnny Mann (1928-2014) and his singers record "The Sound of Sacramento" for KCRA Radio in 1964. Mann was a prolific composer and performer, known for his many hit recordings and radio jingles. He was nominated for five Grammys over his career, two of which he won.
