In today’s episode, we tackle a large area rug that has seen better days—especially with some stubborn urine odors! The customer opted for a quick freshen-up instead of a full deep cleaning since they plan to replace it soon. We started with a thorough vacuuming, followed by our specialized P.U.R.T. treatment to effectively address the odor. After allowing the treatment to dwell, we applied our anti-allergen solution and cleaned the rug using The Natural cleaning products with added protectant. The transformation was amazing! The rug looks fabulous, smells fresh, and the customer couldn’t be happier just in time for the family holidays!
