Johnny Gill revealed New Edition's internal struggles over him and Ralph Tresvant obtaining the rights to their band name. He fondly recalled his relationship with Michael Bivins, known as the main one setting the tone within the group. The issues over the band name were eventually resolved, enabling the band to embark on a tour as New Edition.
