In this, Episode 7 of Learn Adobe Photoshop Elements, we learn about layers and layer masks by creating three layers from 3 separate images then using layer masks to blend them together.
This is the first Episode of Learn Adobe Photoshop Elements that I'm using Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. The instruction is identical for Elements 11 so, whatever version you own, you'll be able to do this exactly as demonstrated.
