After doing some research and testing, I have figured out the issue with the Archiving feature of the Holdem Manager 3 software.
I demonstrate in this video WHY the archive feature was activating before the time specified in the settings, thus explaining the
premature archiving of the Hand Histories.
The second part of the video is showing the current state of Tournament Hand Histories, in regards as to how HM3 imports them/doesn't import them.
