Making a Display Stand for a Stone Head (with Leopardwood and Padauk)

Описание: We got a magnificent sculpture from a friend's shop in Egypt, but it needed a base, or a display stand, so it would stand right. So we made one, from exotic leopardwood and padauk wood.

The statue was made at the workshop of Imhotep Alabaster Luxor, in the West bank of the Nile, in Luxor, Egypt. You can see more of their works on their Facebook page, and you can contact them there or Mohamed directly if you see something you like. 😉
