Описание: Cauliflower harvest is now nearing the end but the crop we are cutting here is of great quality. The variety is Skywalker and it shows a wonderful white curd that is safely wrapped in a good frame of green leaves. Although the green leaves wrapping the curd make it challenging for harvesting teams to see the cauliflower they protect them from the elements and make sure we maintain quality for as long as possible. Harvesting conditions can be challenging at times but we have great teams that dedicate their time to helping us in all weathers. So thank you all for being with us for the season.
