Constance is a new metroidvania developed by BTF Games and published by Byterocker's Games and Parco Games. It has a gorgeous hand-drawn art style and satisfying combat. I played the demo of the game a long time ago and had kept it on my radar for a while. So when it released my anticipation was very high. Unfortunately, by the end of the game my opinion of the game was kind of mixed and I concluded it to be a DECENT metroidvania experience that doesn't do anything particularly new. While the game has some issues that I delineated in this review, I still think it is worth your time if you're a fan of the genre. Watch the video to learn more.
