Описание: After Del Paso refused to hire me ANY car at all (because I insisted pre existing damage was marked on the contract in agreement with ECRCS guidelines) they also called the police (for reasons only they understand.) This left 4 tired and hungry children stranded with no car, such that the police offered to drive us to another firm by way of apology for the poor experience we had. Booking another car last minute cost considerably more than our pre arranged price and we are now taking legal action against Del Paso. interestingly I have rented from them previously with no problem. Should people comment below "I have rented without a problem" this doesnt diminish their incredibly unprofessional (likely illegal), intimidatory and immoral behaviour on this day.
