On this session we decided to do something a little different... we joined Joel Burrows, a young aspiring angler from Caerphilly, on one of his typical castle sessions. Joel puts his heart and soul into his angling and often reaps the rewards for his efforts. To date Joel has caught many of the "A Team" fish from Caerphilly Moat including two of the most prized fish "The Woodcarving" at 22lb 8oz and "Shoulders at 25lb 8oz" both in the same session! Along with another 3 fish all weighing over 25lb while at the time, there wasn't many fish of that size residing in the moat. He's a fantastic young angler and will definitely be one to look out for in the future.
