This video is episode 13 of a Classic Mini rebuild with a Nissan Micra K11 1.4 16v CG engine conversion. This episode details all the critical steps in rebuilding a K11 1.4 16v Engine, including the cylinder head reassembly, crank, bearings, pistons, rocker cover, timing chain and cam timing using a DTI.
Much of the rebuild process can be applied to the rebuild other similar engines.
