In the next episode, I return to the aspects of digital dentistry. In this and in the following episodes, I will try to show you how to learn Exocad, how to use it for your practice, from the simplest work to the most complicated ones.
In fact, you can enter the world of digitization without having any device and working only on free software, but having the simplest laboratory scanner with the impression scanning function and the simplest 3d printer will be a great help. However, looking from the perspective of the costs of equipping the practice - an investment of a few - a dozen or so thousand is not prohibitive, and the possibilities become enormous.
Today we will discuss the topic of designing a crown on a stepless abutment, ground according to the principles of vertizrep, so as to damage the tooth tissue as little as possible to take advantage of the effect of the prosthetic rim.
