The machine is cleaned using optimized CIP programs. First the machine is pre-rinsed with water. Alkaline cleaning agents are then used to dissolve organic dirt. Cleaning efficiency is supported by varying drum speeds. After intermediate rinsing with water for neutralization, an acid step is performed to remove mineral deposits. At the end of the CIP program, a final rinse step is carried out with water. Fully automatable on customer request.
