Main point
1st Priority You need to maintain Vikala Buff (Charge bar gain +50 %)
Fediel shield help you avoid getting hit
Vikala 3rd skill + dodge rate
Pandemonium increase Chance to activate Ougi
Splitting spirit instant Ougi (if there is at least 1 charge bar gain buff )
Kengo Mastery increase charge bar gain + Boost gauge upon chain burst
With this setting character that gain benefit the most is Fediel cuz she activate her skill everytime she do normal attack(2 times if MC use Ougi)
So like you see the result Fediel damage output is the same level as lich
