In a televised address to the nation on September 20, President Ilham #Aliyev said the collapse of the criminal junta in #Garabagh after #Azerbaijan’s counter-terrorist measures set the ground for the new regional situation.
Aliyev once again announced that the #Armenian-origin population in Garabagh are the citizens of Azerbaijan & #Baku will ensure all fundamental rights for them.
He said a new historical chance emerged for the Armenian people living in Garabagh & called them not to miss this chance to build a coexistence based on peace, mutual understanding & respect.
