The Washington border town threw quite the party for Canadian travelers last February, and this year it's planning a repeat.
The goal is to prevent people's hearts from hardening as tension between Canada and the US remain high.
Last year Canadians stopped travelling to the United States en masse following U.S. president Donald Trump's jibes about making Canada the 51st state.
