Prosecutors and the Mangione defense team continued to wrangle over the legality--or lack thereof--of the search and seizure of Mangione's backpack and the evidence contained therein.
The Boomer's opinion: much of the evidence will be admitted at trial because it was obtained in the course of a lawful and legitimate arrest.
At some point, we'll see if the judge in the case agrees with the Boomer or with the lawyers who are fighting desperately to ensure that a jury never sees the damning evidence.
