Whole chicken cut in quarters)

Chili pepper
**Prawn &vegetable skewers**
1/2 pouch of king prawns
(outer covering removed)
2 gloves of garlic crushed
2 teaspoons butter
6 closed cup mushrooms

Bell/ sweet peppers
Vegetable seasons
Powdered chili pepper
Skewers
Cabbage / lettuce leaves for 'bedding-garnish'
Slice of lemon for garnishing
