How To Not Quit A Diet – 5 Tips
1. Find an accountability partner to keep in touch with DAILY with your weight loss journey and goals Someone that really cares and you care what they think.
2. If you break your diet get your mindset right don’t quit. Jump back on immediately, not tomorrow or next Monday. That’s how we gain all our weight back and lose motivation to lose weight.
3. Offset cheating by doing extra exercise. Workout the calories or as many as you can. Then your cheat won’t be so devasting to you and your weight the next day. Of course, a daily exercise workout routine should be a normal part of your diet plan for weight loss but do EXTRA if you cheat. Then don’t cheat on your diet again.
4. Watch others on your same journey. It helps to know others understand your struggle to lose weight and stay on your diet.
5. Post in an online weight loss or fitness community of like-minded people for weight loss support and motivation. They know what you are going through! Join in on the conversations. You will feel better!

Starting Weight 9/27/18 - 273.2
Day 1 9/28-270.2 lost 3 lbs
Day 2 9/29-269.4 lost .8lbs
Day 3 267.4 lost 2 lbs
Day 4 266.8 lost .6 lbs
The goal for steady consistent weight loss is a mix of fasting, intermittent
fasting, and OMAD or one meal a day for the losing weight.
After trying so many things to lose weight the above methods work
the best for my body and mind and I want to make it a healthy
lifestyle.
