3. Mind Detox Too:
Take a few minutes for silence or prayer. It helps reduce stress hormones and improves clarity — a proven health benefit.
4. Avoid Anger or Arguments:
Emotionally fasting (staying calm) is as powerful as food fasting. It supports your mental and spiritual balance.
5. Sleep Early:
Fasting days can cause fatigue; rest well. Your body heals during sleep.
6. Diabetic or Hypertensive Patients:
Please don’t fast completely without medical advice — adjust the fast to your health needs. Fasting isn’t about suffering, it’s about balance.
