Just a quick look at a lubricant (well... cleaner, lubricant and preservative actually) that I use to lube and protect the mechanisms and blades on my knives. I've had a lot of success with using this Safariland Break Free product over the last year or so, it comes in a great little portable, precision applicator (other sizes are available) and it's certainly not expensive as you only need a few drops at a time.
