This week, myself and a few mates take the ferry over to the Kingdom to kick off the road cycling season with The Lacey Cup C3 — a 74km race with two challenging 5km climbs. It's that time of year again when the juniors are out to kick our butts!
For those new to road racing, I’ve broken down the race into a few key segments to help explain the basics. It's a fairly straightforward breakdown, but it covers all the essentials.
