How I'm making friends as an adult - honest lessons on starting over

Описание: The felt sense of loneliness has its purpose in our lives. When we listen deeply, we can see that it's trying to urge us to find community. To not go at life alone. As I've been slowly, very slowly, creating my dream community from scratch, I've recognized how I have been prematurely believing in the notion that making friends as an adult is hard. Perhaps a deeper truth within that sentiment is that making friends as an adult is no longer convenient - a blessing in disguise.

Through inconvenience, we are able to initiate connections with intention and present-day resonance. With those pillars, friendships we've formed in our adulthood can uplift us to the versions of self we want to be and truly inspire us to shine.
