Ingredients
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp powdered sweetener ( I used a blend of erythritol & stevia)
1/3 Oat Fiber
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg Yolk
3 Tbsp Coconut Flour
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Optional
Garnish with some melted white & dark chocolate sweetened with stevia then sprinkle your choice of nuts.
My recipe yields 7 cookies & macros per cookie are as mentioned below.
