Описание: Domestic Building Contracts Act (DBCA) review, also a performance review of the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria's (DBDRV) service provisions. Access is on the Consumer Affairs Victoria's Website for public submissions. Consultations are critically important to the Victorian building consumer, and we expect vigorous responses to both. It is important to give the necessary details of what went wrong such as trusses, no insurance, bad foundations, bad brickwork, no insulation, leaking plumbing, wiring hanging out…not just the general workmanship. The submission information disappeared from the Consumer Affairs website just before Xmas, shortening the time for the General Public to participate by a month. We believe it should be extended to the 31.03.2024 to allow consumers to have their say.
