(*) • Stacking of 10 profiles.( Max. 6500 mm length) • Automatic cutting in all angles between 45°and 135° with accuracy of 0,1° by means of servo motors. • Able to work in high speed and precision thanks to 7 axis controlled by servo motors. • Drain slot routing, drilling and routing at variable angles. • Automatic conveyor belt system to transport scrap profiles to waste container. • Opens barrel, mirror and handle holes at door profiles simultaneously to increase the production speed. • Ability to notify the user against incorrect loaded profile thanks to profile recognition system • Able to perform all operations precisely by the 9 tools in the routing group. • Manual barcode labeling system integrated with single-lines. • 15” touch screen monitor. • High performance industrial PC with Windows 10 Embedded operating systems and working between 0°C - 55°C without the need for a fan. • Ability to work with data from different window production software ensuring minimum wastage . • All error messages can be monitored from the screen by the software developed by Haffner Machinery Software Department. • Problem identification, solution and servicing by means of remote connections • The software cleans unnecessary processes and sustains maximum security against virus attacks and user faults at every system start-up and turn-off. • Data transfer is available via network connection or USB interface. • Ability to back-up daily data on internal storage unit • With shift monitoring system, all operations can be controlled daily, weekly, monthly and yearly • Central lubrication system to eases the machine maintenance. • * Profiles to be processed must be examined beforehand.
